Smith women have made a name for themselves at all levels of the entertainment industry, as actors and writers, Oscar-winning filmmakers, producers and directors, musicians and artists.
Please join Smith College Provost and Dean of the Faculty Katherine Rowe, along with esteemed alumnae from the entertainment field, for a discussion and celebration of what it means to be a woman in the entertainment industry today. Rowe, who pursued a professional interest in cinema and media studies through graduate coursework at New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts, will moderate the conversation. Later, you will have the opportunity to network with fellow alumnae.
The event is hosted by Mika El-Baz '85, Executive Vice President, West Coast/Executive Vice President, Publicity, RCA Records/Sony Music Entertainment.
